	Parking at the Main Library Duval Street Parking Garage Hours of Operation: Mon - Fri: 7 am - 11 pm Sat: 9 am - 6 pm Sun: 1 pm - 6 pm Monday thru Friday Rates: Parking is free for one hour as long as ticket is validated at the popular materials desk (near the videos and other popular materials). Non-validated parking is $3.00 for the first hour. Each additional hour is $2.00/hr. Maximum charge for visitors without validation is $10.00. Maximum charge for visitors with validation is $7.00. Saturday and Sunday Rates: Parking is free as long as the ticket is validated. Parking is $3.00 for all day if ticket is not validated. The one hour free parking validation for library customers does not apply to individuals attending non-library related programs or events held in the Conference Center. Nights / Special Events Parking is free when entering the garage after 5:00 p.m. as long as the ticket is validated at the Popular Materials desk (near the videos and other popular materials). After 5:00 p.m. Library visitors will be charged a flat rate of $3.00, if ticket is not validated. The free evening parking validation for library customers does not apply to individuals attending non-library related programs or events held in the Conference Center. Phone: (904) 358-3010 Map Location and Driving Directions Handicapped Parking available: Floors 1, 3, 4, 5. Elevators are available: Floors 3 thru 6. Aside from the Duval Garage, there are also plenty of other parking options available around downtown near the Main Library. Parking meters are located on the north, west and south sides of the building. Additional parking can be found around downtown Jacksonville.
